Stress management competencies roadshows
22 August 2011The Health and Safety Executive have teamed up with an organisation to deliver a series of ‘stress management competencies’ roadshows across the UK.
The stress management competencies are a set of management skills, abilities and behaviours that have been shown to help managers in preventing and reducing stress at work. Most of the training is free and will provide much more information on the competencies, associated tools and applications.
You can find out dates and what’s included in the training sessions by clicking the link above.
Additionally if you want more in-depth training, knowledge and to learn new ways of managing stress, then contact us about one of our courses that can be run in your own organisation. Our unique training practitioners use specific techniques to enable delegates to change their life and the lives of those they work with or manage. For more information you can view our training course at http://www.hqnetwork.co.uk/shattering_stress or contact our trainers direct at training@hqnetwork.co.ukWork-related stress policy
