HSE consultation - proposals to implement the third list of indicative occupational exposure limit values
7 June 2011The consultative document sets out the proposal from HSE to implement the European Commission's 3rd Indicative Occupational Exposure Limit Values (IOELV) Directive (2001/161/EU) through the national system of Worker Exposure Limits (WELs).
The proposed limits for 19 substances are based on recommendations by the European Commission’s Scientific Committee on Occupational Exposure Limits (SCOEL), which has considered the scientific information available on each substance.
